Delivery
Delivery is always made as standard shipping via Deutsche Post or DHL to the address provided by the customer. Packages are only sent as insured shipping with a tracking number. In the case of uninsured shipping, the buyer bears the risk. Personal collection is also possible by arrangement.

Finished items are usually dispatched within three working days after receipt of payment.
The production times are specified separately for each shop item.
Production times may vary depending on whether special materials or fabrics need to be purchased to manufacture the customer's order. Orders cannot be cancelled due to a delay in delivery.
If delivery to the customer is not possible and the items are returned to us, the customer will bear the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. The item will be reshipped within the next three working days after payment of the additional shipping costs has been received. If you collect the item yourself, no shipping costs will be charged.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The shipping options and the associated shipping costs are offered to the customer during the order process and can be selected by the buyer. The price of the shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the packaging volume.
