General Terms and Conditions: §1 General:The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between the company Blank-Design, represented by the owner Thorsten Blank, Schallemicher Str. 102a, 51519 Odenthal as seller and you as buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the items offered by me via my homepage, the internet platforms eBay, eBay classifieds, Instagram and Facebook and using remote communication means (e.g. e-mail, telephone, messenger services, letter) exclusively through individual communication within the meaning of Section 312j Paragraph 5 Sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). §2 Conclusion of contract:The customer can complete the purchase via the shopping cart; with the confirmation of the purchase, a legally binding purchase contract has been concluded.The customer also has the option of sending us a non-binding request for an offer from Blank-Design by e-mail, post, via messenger services or using the "Write/send message" function on the specified pages. Blank-Design will send the customer a binding offer to sell the goods previously selected by the customer from the seller's product range upon request. The purchase contract is concluded by accepting the offer. §3 Payment, delivery, shipping costs:
§3.1 PaymentYou can conveniently pay for ordered items using our payment options.
In the case of individual customer requests, payment must be made before the item is manufactured.
§3.2 Delivery:
Delivery is always made as standard shipping via Deutsche Post or DHL to the address provided by the customer. The customer can choose between uninsured or insured shipping with a tracking number. In the case of uninsured shipping, the buyer bears the risk. Personal collection is also possible by arrangement.§3.3 Shipping costs:The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The amount of the shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer in advance. Special shipping requests must be communicated by the buyer in advance. The price of the shipping costs is calculated from the weight of the shipment and the packaging volume in accordance with the price list of the shipping company named in §3.2.§4 Invoice:The customer receives an invoice with the ordered items. The purchase prices stated and payable on the respective item pages are final prices plus shipping costs. In accordance with § 19 UStG Paragraph 1, no VAT is shown on the invoices. §5 Delivery times:Finished items are normally dispatched within the next two working days after receipt of payment.
The production times are specified separately for each shop item. Production times can vary depending on whether special materials or fabrics have to be purchased to manufacture the customer's order. Cancellation of the order due to a delay in delivery is not possible. If delivery to the customer is not possible and the items are sent back to us, the customer will bear the costs for unsuccessful shipping. The items will be reshipped within the next three working days after payment of the additional shipping costs has been received. No shipping costs are charged for self-collection.
§6 Right of return: Cancellation and exchange of items with reasons in text form (e.g. letter or email) of UNused goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The return period is met by sending the goods on time (invoice date). Excluded from this are items made to special customer requests, as well as items that have been rendered unusable or dirty due to improper handling. The buyer bears the return costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Cancellations of an order are not accepted. §6.1) IMPORTANT: Washed, used, worn items that are made for the customer, as well as items made individually according to size, as well as reduced items purchased via the sales portal "ETSY", "EBayKleinanzeigen" or our website are generally excluded from return. Exceptions are manufacturing defects.
Articles that are returned to us despite exclusion according to §6 1) will not be refunded by us and will only be sent back to the buyer after payment of the additional shipping costs plus a processing fee of 30% of the value of the goods (at least €5.00). The buyer must pay the costs within 7 working days. After the deadline has expired, the goods become the property of Blank Design without replacement.

§7 Liability for defects§7.1 If the purchased item is defective, the provisions of the statutory liability for defects apply.§7.2 The customer is requested to complain to the deliverer about goods that have been delivered with obvious transport damage and to inform Blank-Design of this. If the customer does not do this, this will affect his legal or contractual claims for defects. §8 Retention of title:The items remain the property of Blank-Design until full payment has been made. §9 Place of jurisdiction:The place of jurisdiction corresponds to the company location. §10 Customer serviceWe are personally available to answer questions, suggestions or complaints from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by email or telephone. Email inquiries are answered within 24 hours on working days. §11 Exchange:An exchange is possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be in perfect condition, not washed or worn, well packaged, insured as a parcel and sent to our address at your own expense. Worn, washed or damaged goods will not be taken back.
We generally charge a flat rate for exchanges. The flat rate is between €5 and €15. The costs are made up of the extent of the exchange and the amount of the shipping costs. We will provide you with the payment details.
§12 Cancellation of an ordered item
If an order item is cancelled, a cancellation fee of 50% of the order value excluding shipping costs will be charged.
§13 Reminder Processing
If payment is not made within the payment period and if the purchase amount is charged back, we will send the customer reminders. Blank Design works with a model of 2 reminders. Additional fees are charged to the customer for the reminders (1st reminder: €3 reminder costs and €2.50 processing fee / last reminder: €5 reminder costs and €5.00 processing fee). If the reminder process is unsuccessful, we will pass the outstanding claim on to a debt collection agency, which would incur further costs.
§14 Voucher
When purchasing a voucher, a flat rate shipping fee of €3.50 is charged in addition to the value of the voucher. The vouchers are sent by registered mail. After receiving the voucher, please send us an email and the voucher code will then be activated. If a voucher is cancelled, processing costs of 30% of the voucher value are charged. After the voucher has been sent, the amount is increased by the flat rate shipping fee of €3.50.
